投机的人可不是用自己存款的。“所谓救市”如果是救投机的人，就是对辛苦存款的人的欺骗和伤害。

昨天在电视上看了matrix一集的片段。
今天美国大选出了结果。
下午看到这张图。

万人购房想砍价几乎不可能的。与其送上人气给房地产商。想拿到好价格，要让地产商自己受不了才行。所以最好是组织大家“不看房”。你想，一般买房人在考虑阶段老跑各个楼市，需要对比。商家自己然借这些人气造成一种大家都在“抢购”的局面。其实，每周末我估计看房的总人数不会太多，但这帮人流动性大。假设有1万人每周都看楼盘。一个人每月看4个楼盘。这个月北京总看房人数就是4万人次。可不是4万人。大家想想，如果组织这些人坚持3个月不看房。这是万人都不看房。3个月内看楼盘的人将减少10几万人次吧。倒时候出现楼市无人看房的局面才能刺激房地产商。简单地说，团购是一个卖方占优势情况下的产物。因为大家更想买，才以人多来砍价。而买方市场占优势的情况应该是卖房子的人组成团售才对。

不过，如果你是中国公民，千万别实际去组织“万人不看房团”。因为当前社会是不平等的。你组织万人看房、去砍价，“有些人”可以说你不理智、投机、笨、好样的或者其他更种形容词。但你组织“万人不看房”，“有些人”就会说你是在“破坏市场”、“制造社会不安定因素”、“破坏地产上和消费者水如相容的关系”等等。给你扣帽子还是小的，这些帽子可以直接批捕和起诉你的。

现行法律和规定就是这样。举个例子，牛奶没出事前，你说牛奶质量特棒，太干净了，太纯净了，检测太彻底了，组织大家团够牛奶。怎么样？不会让你拿出证据来支持这些夸奖的。其他人顶多说你拍马屁或和拿人钱替人说话（理论上如果你是电视台这是非法的，可我没见过处理过电视台）。如果还是牛奶没出事前，你说牛奶质量差、检测不彻底、组织大家不要喝牛奶。怎么样？绝对厂家或厂家花钱请的人让你拿出证据、找媒体说你不理智、破坏良好地消费环境。如果你证据、说不定厂家直接“异地抓人”了。如果你没证据，等着被批捕吧。如果你运气好，没证据，但此时国家查出和承认牛奶有问题了，那你人身安全有保障了，前提是不要再去声张什么你早知道了。就是牛奶有问题，你也不能组织大家不买。
这一现象就是我说的法律上的不平衡。这不是中国特色，现在各国都有，法律规定程度不同罢了。只不过什么“异地抓人”不是各国都有，那不属于我们谈的之类法律的范畴。

请注意区别，你可以自己不买房子和劝阻身边朋友不买。但公开组织大家不买，包括你不认识的人，很有可能让你吃不了兜着走。

不知道我的看法是否太悲观？

让房价降下去，炒房的人手中房子自然会更多出手。而且价格低了，更多人能买得起么。让价格高，但降低贷款门槛等就是逼人去借债呀，不是真正的福利。当然这些是我瞎理解。我什么都不懂啊。我可不激进啊。我希望银行和房地产公司还有地方政府，生意兴隆，年年有余！

堵住出口/blocking the exit 就是“救市方案”的精髓

黄金这段价格詪不稳定。都下到过694。当然主要在700多徘徊。石油、矿材、粮食等commodity也是大幅下跌。如果我长期沉默，怕有人说我是不是不敢出来见人了。：）是不是呢？

不是。写完这个题目，我觉得有很多可说的。但不太会用笔头表达。反正真信我的人都能见面的，我口头告诉你。：）

简单说，就是举个例子。

1. 一幢大楼着火了（所谓的经济危机）
2. 人们要从出口出去（把自己的资产和存款保存好）。
3. 但有人想让大家一起烧死（就是把大家的资产和存款都留在楼里要不充公要不一起烧掉）
4. 他会去把出口堵住。你的资产和存款没有地方去，怎么办，还得放在我大楼里。
5. 这个大楼是绿色的。：）[1]

说得够明白了吧。：）

这个例子不恰当。我再想一个。暂时想不出来。

明显点说，就是打压一切非money market fund之外资产价值，打压一切非美元货币。达到的结构就是让大家还是把钱放到money market fund甚至股票和方地产上，还是把钱放到美元上。因为其它类型资产都在严重缩水。虽然股票和房地产也在缩水。但要让其它资产缩水和损失更严重。要严打。非常严厉地打击！严打的时候，吓也要把你们这些“所谓gold bugs也好所谓smart money也好”都给我吓回来！哼。现在正是严打时期啊，大家要小心啊。：）这个例子没有第一个例子好。

其实挺喜欢第一个例子的。：）

如果有人相信阴谋论，他会说在飞机撞到世贸大楼的时候，大楼内广播系统一直说请大家呆在楼内，不要惊慌之类的话。这是为了让那些人和大楼同归于尽。

如果有人不想信阴谋论，他会说，之所以这么广播是当时判断失误造成。大家惊慌都往外无秩序地跑还会造成踩踏之类。

但不管信还是不信，死了很多人。

为死去的人默哀。

我非常钦佩当时安秩序慢慢下楼的人们，还有那些下楼过程中被劝回到自己办公室或者不再下楼的人。从后来电视节目中当事人叙述看，当时大家排队下楼的时候有警察曾经劝回人们的。当然，也有些人在那一时刻不排队自己疯跑。但大多数人的风度和礼貌绝对让我钦佩和汗颜啊。因为我生活在一个火车站剪票的时候就好像候车大厅马上就要踏了一样的疯狂涌向剪票口的地方。

如果美国人知道大楼绝对要塌了，他们也会疯狂地跑。但当时他们觉得大楼有危险，因为所有人都感受到了。这就足以在有些过渡引起踩踏了。

大楼广播和警察如果告诉大家有危险，但不要惊慌，请快速下楼就好了。能够避免很多人遇难。但大楼广播和警察让大家回到座，这个判断现在看来太失误了。

我忘了是当时录像的footage还是后来re-enact的画面看，当时下楼速度非常地慢。不知道是不是安全出口大少了，还是出口太小可，还是有的出口堵住了？

昨天看到cnn上说finance minisiters say strong yen is a threat to financial stability之类的新闻。画面有日本财长召开新闻发布会在检讨，表示要好配合云云。我看了一分钟左右。

我当时心想，你们丫纵容hedge fund从日本低息借日元做carry trade怎么就不算影响经济稳定啊。那个不但影响经济稳定，是对世界环境的极大破坏。过度信贷带来过渡消费带来过渡开采带来环境崩溃的带来大家玩儿完带来穷人先玩儿完带来以为自己是中产阶级的人以为自己不会那么早玩儿完的人很快玩儿完了。现在日元对美元升了点值就影响稳定了！？

让我生气的是扣帽子，或者叫做扣屎盆子。而且扣屎盆子给“外人”看。那“外人”是老百姓。杠杆作用啊，挑呀挑江山，黄金应该是那定盘的星（当然还不是呢。）。老想用一下这段歌词。跑题了，言归正传。

语言对人的思维影响很大。所以，中国进步的一个表现就是法制节目评论中现在说抓到了“犯罪嫌疑人”而不是“罪犯”了。因为还没有定罪，直接称其罪犯 1、没有事实一句 2、用罪犯这个此很容易引导其他人认为他有罪。同样，在国际舞台，语言也很重要。现在有一个趋势就是随便扣屎盆子，而且用词程度上都不吝啬，往大里说。屁事儿就是“恐怖袭击”，屁事儿就是“威胁稳定”。这些词语本来有很强烈的意思在里面，这么乱用是别有用心你。后果是真出现配得上用这些词的事情，都没词来表达那么强烈的意思了。

如果我信阴谋论，我可以说打压日元对美元比率，也是“堵住出口”的一步啊。总不能让一国的货币对美元老升值，不打压下去，大家又往那国货币跑了。如果我相信阴谋论，我可以说日本也不是吃素的，多年来银行几乎零利率，然后借钱给华尔街玩儿carry trade就是想搞垮华尔街。

但我不信这些。可这么扣屎盆子仍然没有道理。因为日元升值不是很难解释啊。新闻机构太腐败，都是一个声音。

carry trade是从日本低息借入钱投资到高回报的投资中，赚取中间差。我举个简单花的例子，日本存款利息快20年了似乎就没上过1%，经常有存款无利息。我们假定日本存款利息0.5%。日本贷款利息是2。日本银行赚1.5%。有人从日本银行借钱，利息1.5%，他投资在其它股票、债券、房地产或把钱再贷款给别人。如果他的投资受益是5％，那么他就赚了5-1.5=3.5％的贷款总额。把例子再简单到你无法 相信的地步。如果中国银行的存款利息是2％。我从日本贷款出来存到中国银行，到期从中国银行取出来还给日本银行。我的收入是2-1.5=0.5％的贷款总额。我贷款1000万美元就收入50万美元，而且我什么都没看。

当然，我贷不出来钱。你也贷不出来。但能贷款出来的人多的事！

日本国内存款额数量也非常大。银行有很多前放贷。从容“有些人”拿着贷款去对世界环境破坏。因为过度信贷带来过渡消费带来过渡开采带来环境崩溃的带来大家玩儿完带来穷人先玩儿完带来以为自己是中产阶级的人以为自己不会那么早玩儿完的人很快玩儿完了。

现在日元升值这么快是做carry trade的人高风险投资受益受损甚至亏了，得赶快变卖些资产到日元补钱和还钱。这就等于有很多单子在买日元，日元自然上升。而且日本一年来自己国内和世界上一些基金都在用carry trade炒澳大利亚元。明显地，日元快速上升的时候，因为over bought嘛，澳元快速下降，因为over sold嘛。

说到澳元，看了条新闻题目ft.com上的，大意是中国有家银行因为做炒澳元的声音亏得很多。两名管理人辞职了。我家楼下半年前都在公告兰贴出了某银行炒澳元的广告。我当时也看好澳元。现在也看好，等over sold过后，应该很快上升回来。不过我没买。不相信银行这类产品。这家银行就是赌澳元对美元会升值。买这家银行的基金也是等于借钱给这家银行去炒澳元呗。亏了。而且估计杠杆用的不小，亏得很多。

Here’s the chart of the balance of Euro in the U.S. ESF (Exchange Stabilization Fund) account, along with the USDX and Euro values themselves on the right hand scale.

The very large drop recently (the blue line) tells part of the story. Another part is told by the Treasury site itself - that recent data about the drop was delayed for almost three weeks before it was made public.
Another part is told by very recent data not being made public for the last two weeks running.

What the ESF did is simply sold about 10 billion Euros and bought dollars - plain and simple massive intervention that virtually everyone has missed or ignored or pretended doesn’t exist or whatever.

世界资产到在2007年10月达到顶点。取那个点，现在损失了26万忆美元。

不见得是坏事，只要处理正确。但现在看来各国处理很不正确。等待大家的是资产下降和通货膨胀的双重挤压，当然还有失业。

其实按说大量资产缩水，只要紧缩信贷，是可以达到deflation的，这样虽然大家资产手影响，但至少挣到的工资和存款的价值上涨了。而在资产缩水的情况下继续放松信贷（降低利息，用国库救市场中领导的朋友们），就是做为老百姓不但资产上亏钱，今后挣到的钱也一样更不值钱了。

融是融通的意思啊。我刚知道。可是，怎么没有告诉大家现在世界上的货币，当然包括人民币早就和黄金脱钩了呢。所以，叫纸融、币融或者信贷融更合适吧。

The quote above is from a NYT article this morning, that, while not gutting and filleting Easy Al, it certainly questions his judgment and challenges his legacy. The NYT has finally gotten around to what many of us in the finance field have known for a very very long time: That Greenspan was not only a terrible Fed chief, he was a downright dangerous one.
