《北京等待》基本就是这个套路，导演至爱闪回，每当男女主角想到对方，就要把从认识以来对方的音容笑貌一一闪回一遍。除了闪回，八十年代电影中屡见不鲜的那种粗糙而直白的梦境、心理活动和主观镜头也复古了一把。就缺变焦镜头一部vintage Film就齐活了。
