英文不灵光的朋友我来解释，就是该基金只投资监狱、情报、监控和军事行动等公司，或者那些直接从公民社会崩溃为专治社会得益的公司。这些公司必须在某主权国家的基本资源/基础设施/项目合同有特权，或能得到政府补贴，保证和垄断保护，这样该投资就无需竞争开销了。

我支持在适当情况下“以暴制暴”。这里的暴不是身体上的暴力，而是通过金融市场打击那些过度损害自然环境、人民生活、靠特权靠垄断敛财的公司。光靠道义上的制高点在实际中作用不大。
